Zippers are YKK or equivalent grade, tested for 500+ open-close cycles. Straps use reinforced webbing with double-stitched attachment to the bag body. Interior lining is polyester or nylon — lightweight, tear-resistant, and easy to wipe clean.
For toddler backpacks, we add a padded back panel and chest strap. Optional safety leashes attach at the top with a swivel clip so the parent can guide without pulling.
